Pumpkin Mousse Recipe

Yummy served warm, add a bit of light cool whip, and it tastes almost like pumpkin pie without the guilt!

Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin, canned
1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
2 grams Splenda
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients with a miixer or blender until fluffy. Serve warmed up or cold.
