Mini-Meatloaves, Turkey Edition Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Super quick turkey loaves. Add a bit of sage and thyme to make them taste like a little bit of Thanksgiving. Don't feel guilty if you eat two!

Ingredients
1 1/3 pound ground turkey, 93% lean
6 oz breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 tsp pepper
10 g Sauce, Worcester
1 egg
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450-degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl

  3. Divide into 12 equal portions

  4. Place portions in individual muffin cups

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked.
