Simple Breakfast Casserole
| 6 | eggs |
| 1 | cup 2% milk |
| 8 | ounce bacon |
| 340 | grams |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp dry mustard |
| 4 | ounce cheddar cheese |
- Cook bacon (can also use sausage).
- Line 8x8 dish with frozen hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle cooked bacon over hashbrowns.
- Mix together eggs, milk, pepper & dry mustard.
- Pour into dish.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Refrigerate over night.
- Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
