soup for TJ diet

Ingredients
6 green onions
2 red peppers
10 oz stewed tomatoes
1 head cabbage
1 celery stalk
Directions
  1. Cut veggies

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Cover with water

  4. Boil 30 minutes

  5. lower heat and simmer til tender

  6. use salt,pepper, garlic or bouillon as seasonings
