Vegetable soup with cabbage

Ingredients

cup green pepper |

cup tomato, canned |

cup celery |

cup cabbage |

tbs oregano |
| 1 |
tbs canola oil |
| 1 |
tbs parsley |

Directions
- Fry chopped onions in the oil, add sliced green peppers, then tomatoes. Wait 5 minutes, add 0.5 cup of hot water and close the pot. Boil 5 minutes, add 1 liter boiling water and shopped celery. Add chopped cabbage and bring into boil. Season.
