A- / low fat & low cal / i really like this recipe as a basis, then i add walnuts, chopped apple, raisins, whatever i feel like! and so easy!

Ingredients

cup oats |
| 4 |
oz fat free yogurt |
| 1/8 |
cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1 |
tbsp brown sugar |
| 1/2 |
banana, mashed |
| 2 |
egg whites |
| 1/2 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/16 |
tsp salt |
| 1/2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
Directions
- Mix the yogurt with the oatmeal and let stand for 1 hour.
- Mix applesauce, sugar and mashed banana.
- Mix applesauce mix with oatmeal mix.
- Sift the dry ingredients into the oatmeal mix.
- Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and fold into batter.
- Spoon into 5 muffin cups.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
