Salmon in white wine sauce
| 12 | ounces salmon |
| 1 | tablespoon Basil |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic |
| 1/2 | cup white wine |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
spray pan with pam and brown salmon on both sides turn down heat and cook 2 minutes longer on each side until salmon is almost cook through. Remove from heat and keep warm. In sauce pan pour white wine and add your garlic ( I like to use the one that comes in a tube ) simmer until sauce is 2/3 rds gone add your skim milk and basil ( the milk might curdle but will melt as you simmer it ) add salmon back into the sauce and simmer until sauce has thickened to your disire.Categories
