Salmon in White Wine Recipe

Salmon in white wine sauce

Ingredients
12 ounces salmon
1 tablespoon Basil
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
spray pan with pam and brown salmon on both sides turn down heat and cook 2 minutes longer on each side until salmon is almost cook through. Remove from heat and keep warm. In sauce pan pour white wine and add your garlic ( I like to use the one that comes in a tube ) simmer until sauce is 2/3 rds gone add your skim milk and basil ( the milk might curdle but will melt as you simmer it ) add salmon back into the sauce and simmer until sauce has thickened to your disire.
