Chicken Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Makes 6 servings


It takes only a few minutes to brown meat before putting into slow cooker. Fast assembly; no worries.

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 pork loin chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup water
Directions
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder; dredge pork chops.

  2. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil.

  3. Place in slow cooker.

  4. Combine soup and water, pour over chops.

  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. If desired, thicken pan juices and serve with chops.
