Feta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Easy and delicious

Ingredients
2 chicken breast
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 oz feta
1 cloves garlic, minced
5 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 oz. prosciutto di parma, (2 slices)
2 slices tomato
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, feta, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.

  2. Butterfly the chicken breasts, being carefully not to cut all the way through.

  3. Spoon 1/2 of the spinach-feta mixture into each breast, followed by a slice of tomato.

  4. Wrap each breast with a slice of prosciutto.

  5. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Cover.

  6. Bake at 375 deg. F for about 40 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
