| 1/2 | cup celery |
| 1/2 | cup raw carrots |

| 1/4 | cup olive oil |
| 2 | tbs balsamic vinegar |

| 4 | slices provolone cheese |
| 5 | slices salami |
| 7 | slices pepperoni |
| 3 | slices ham |
| 16 | oz french bread |
- Olive salad: chop first four ingredients (I used green olives), mix with next 3, add a sprinkle of garlic powder, a sprinkle of pepper and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- Bread should be round. Slice horizontally so that there is a top and a bottom. Evenly coat the olive salad on the bottom, layer meat, top with cheese and bread.
