Muffaletta Recipe

Sandwhich

Ingredients
1 cup olives
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup raw carrots
3 tbs green onions
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp basil
4 slices provolone cheese
5 slices salami
7 slices pepperoni
3 slices ham
16 oz french bread
Directions
  1. Olive salad: chop first four ingredients (I used green olives), mix with next 3, add a sprinkle of garlic powder, a sprinkle of pepper and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Bread should be round. Slice horizontally so that there is a top and a bottom. Evenly coat the olive salad on the bottom, layer meat, top with cheese and bread.

  3. cut into quarters.
