Mozzarella Cheese, veges, home made dough

Ingredients
| 1 |
ounce bread |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon olive oil |
| 1 |
ounce tomato |
| 1 |
ounce onion |
| 1 |
ounce mushroom |
| 1 |
ounce red pepper |
| 1/2 |
ounce mozzarella cheese |
| 1/8 |
ounce sweet basil |
Directions
- Make the home made dough from Mary MrBride 50's cook book.
- Brush the dough with olive oil.
- Sprinkle on basil.
- Place tomato, mushroom, onion, and pepper on top of the oiled dough.
- Spread out the cheese on top.
- Bake in a really hot oven, 4-500 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Broil the top for 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool and cut with scissors into small wedges.
