Makes 1 serving

Mozzarella Cheese, veges, home made dough

Ingredients
1 ounce bread
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 ounce tomato
1 ounce onion
1 ounce mushroom
1 ounce red pepper
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese
1/8 ounce sweet basil
Directions
  1. Make the home made dough from Mary MrBride 50's cook book.

  2. Brush the dough with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle on basil.

  4. Place tomato, mushroom, onion, and pepper on top of the oiled dough.

  5. Spread out the cheese on top.

  6. Bake in a really hot oven, 4-500 degrees for 25 minutes.

  7. Broil the top for 5 minutes.

  8. Allow to cool and cut with scissors into small wedges.
