| 1/2 | cup white beans |
| 1/2 | cup barley |
| 1/2 | cup green lentils |
| 1/2 | cup lima beans |
| 1/4 | cup blackeye peas |
| 1 | cup corn |
| 3 3/4 | cups stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | cup spinach, cooked |
| 1 | cup vegetable blend juice |
| 16 | cups water |
- Put beans and water in a pot, and boil until soft.
- Then add whatever spices you like. The beans will pick up whatever flavour you put in.
- Next add all other remaining ingredients and boil until hot.
