Ingredients

kg chicken breast |
| 400 |
g rice, white, long grain |
| 2 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tbsp basil, dried |
| 2 |
tbsp canola oil |
| 2 |
cups tomatoes, red, sliced |
| 2 |
garlic cloves, choped |
Directions
- in a pan, add the chicken breast and the canola oil and bring to a boil;
- cook for 10 minutes, then add the basil, garlic and fresh tomatoes, cooking for 15-20 minutes, stiring frequently, until the gravy is smooth;
- add the rice and cover with boiling water;
- stir ocasionally, adjusting the water by adding more as needed, to keep it "wet";
- check the rice, until completly cooked;
