Directions
- Mix up ingredients well and pour into a pre-heated frying pan lightly sprayed with PAM. Cook one side and then flip completely over and cook the other side.
- Mix the cottage cheese with raspberries. Sweetener* can be added to taste. Roll up and add sugar free syrup* and light whipped topping*. (*These are not in the counts)
