Tuna Pizza - without cheese

Makes 8 servings

Very "meaty" recipe, low calories and flavourfull.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Rosemary, Dried
480 g Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
6 tbsp canola oil
200 g onion
6 tbsp capers, canned
Directions
  1. add yeast to 35ºC water and mix well;

  2. add the olive oil to the water and mix;

  3. in a separete bowl, mix the wheat flour, salt, and rosemary;

  4. add the water to the bowl, mixing with the flour;

  5. allow the mixture to grow for 1 hour;

  6. chop the onions;

  7. in a pan, add the finely chopped onions, canola oil and bring to a boil;

  8. cook the onions for 3 minutes, then add the tuna and capers, cooking for 5 minutes;

  9. in a table, pour some wheat flour to open the pizza;

  10. cover with tuna and bake for 20 minutes in 260º C oven
