Not exactly correct because I use low fat margarine (20 calories less per Tablespoon) and vanilla rice milk (10 cals more per half cup).
Use softened margarine and warm rice milk.
Need to put coconut in blender first and grind it very fine. That would also increase the calories for the coconut, probably.

Directions
- Use softened margarine.
- Put coconut in blender and grind fine.
- Combine ingredients and put on top of cooled cake.
