a yummy salad- will serve more than 4 if not eaten as the main dish. For healthier version, substitute whole wheat couscous and light Italian dressing.

Ingredients

c couscous ,uncooked |
| 1 |
cucumber, in half-slices |
| 1 |
large tomato, chopped |
| 5 |
oz Feta Cheese, crumbled |
| 1 |
tsp dill weed |
| 1/2 |
c italian dressing |
Directions
- cook couscous per pkg directions, omitting salt and butter. Fluff with a fork and place in a bowl. Cool 10 min.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate 1 hr.
