Really low calorie and tastes great!
| 4 | cups Hunts tomato sauce |
| 3 1/2 | cups whole tomatoes |
| 1 1/2 | cups onion, diced |
| 1 1/2 | cups zucchini, sliced |
| 1 1/2 | cups summer squash, sliced |
| 1 | cup celery, sliced |
| 1 | cup green peppers, diced |
| 1 1/2 | cups mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
- In a large pot, combine the tomato sauce, whole tomatoes and water and simmer.
- Cut all veggies and add to pot.
- Cook until veggies are desired firmness.
