Salad for Light lunch.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tblsp shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Wash lettuce.

  2. Cut up mushrooms and green pepper.

  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl , toss and serve.
