Motichur Laddu
| 2 1/2 | cups gram flour |
| 500 | ml milk |
| 1/2 | teaspoon cardamom powder |
| 1 1/2 | cup Oil |
| 2 1/2 | cups sugar |
| 3 1/2 | cups water |
| 2 | tablespoons milk |
| 3 | ml saffron |
- Make batter with Gram Flour and milk, keep aside
- Make syrup with Sugar, water, saffron, cardamom, keep aside
- Make boondi with batter, by deep frying batter as small drops.
- Drain boondi.
- Mix boondi and sugar syrup
- When mixture is still warm, roll into small balls
