Corn Bread Recipe

corn meal bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 c cornmeal
1/4 c sugar
2 tbs baking powder
1 c 2% milk
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions
pre heat stove to 375 grease pan 8or 9 in pan. combine dry stuff stir in milk egg oil and mix just till dry ingredients arent any more. pour batter into greased pan bake 20 to 25 minutes or till light golden makes 9 serving or 10 add in's if you like 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce or 1 med or mild or hot chili pepper tasts dang good
