Very tasty, relatively easy to bake no crust quiche. Cut down on the cheese to cut down on the fat.
| 1 1/4 | cup Egg Beaters |
| 3/4 | cup low-fat cheddar cheese |
| 2/3 | cup skim milk |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
| 2 | tsp garlic, minced |
| 1 | cup broccoli, chopped |
| 14 | oz turkey sausage |
| 1/2 | tbsp pepper |
- Cook sausage and dice.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool to let the juices absorb.
- Enjoy!
