Turkey Sausage & Broccoli Quiche Recipe

Makes 8 servings


Very tasty, relatively easy to bake no crust quiche. Cut down on the cheese to cut down on the fat.

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
3/4 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
14 oz turkey sausage
1/2 tbsp pepper
Directions
  1. Cook sausage and dice.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Pour into a greased 9" pie pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool to let the juices absorb.

  6. Enjoy!
