Great low cal treat borrow from another users comment. (Use a couple packs of spenda instead of actual sugar, just put sugar since splenda not properly calibrated in system)
| 1 | cup pumpkin |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
| 1/16 | teaspoon sugar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| 2 | teaspoons skim milk |
Mix it all together and microwave it. Can top it with granola or something crunchy (adds calories). Makes a low fat, fiber rich treat. Can put on oatmeal too.Categories
