This tastes pretty much like pumpkin pie. Despite the cream cheese it is nothing like a cheesecake.
| 8 | oz cream Cheese |
| 5 | eggs |
| 1 | SPLENDA QUICK PACK Sweetener |
| 15 | oz. pumpkin |
| 1/2 | tbsp. pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 | t. cinnamon |
- Put the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into a 6x8" greased glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350º about 40 minutes or until the center feels firm and a knife inserted in the center comes out relatively clean. Cool, and then chill before serving.
