Ingredients
3 lbs chicken, lean
1/2 tbsp butter
10 potatoes, sm
3 carrots
10 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
Directions
Clean, cut, season and place in roaster. Roast until juice runs clear.
