This is a turkey taquito with refried beans (NO SALT) with some salsa and cabbage its very yummy and low in calories from fat and very high in Dietary Fiber.
| 1/2 | cup beans, without salt |
| 1/2 | cup Salsa |
| 1/2 | cup Cabbage, Chopped |
| 2 | oz of Turkey |
- Ok wash down turkey slices in cold water to get rid of any extra sodium
- Lay flat on heated frying pan, spray some PAM and cook till brown on both sides.
- Once cooked and the texture is a bit hard spread the beans thinly on the turkey
- Put a tsp sized serving of salsa on top with a pinch of cabbage for some crunch
- Roll up like a taquito and Enjoy
