Turkey Taquitos Recipe

This is a turkey taquito with refried beans (NO SALT) with some salsa and cabbage its very yummy and low in calories from fat and very high in Dietary Fiber.

Ingredients
1/2 cup beans, without salt
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Cabbage, Chopped
2 oz of Turkey
Directions
  1. Ok wash down turkey slices in cold water to get rid of any extra sodium

  2. Lay flat on heated frying pan, spray some PAM and cook till brown on both sides.

  3. Once cooked and the texture is a bit hard spread the beans thinly on the turkey

  4. Put a tsp sized serving of salsa on top with a pinch of cabbage for some crunch

  5. Roll up like a taquito and Enjoy
