The perfect size muffin for breakfast. So quick and on-the-go!

Ingredients
1 tbsp oatmeal, dry
1/4 serving protein
2 tbsp Egg Substitute
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pumpkin
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 dash ground cloves
1 tsp Splenda
Directions
  1. Mix dry ingredients. Then, add the wet ingredients to the dry.

  2. Place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
