Egg Beater Casserole
Great for a group prepare the night before and refrigerate. Cook in morning.

Ingredients

cup egg beaters |
| 1/2 |
lb turkey sausage |
| 1/4 |
lb ground turkey |
| 2 |
cups skim milk |
| 6 |
slices bread, high fiber |
| 1/2 |
c cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 |
c green pepper |
| 1/2 |
c mushroom |
| 1/2 |
c green onion |
| 1 |
salt and pepper |
Directions
- Fry turkey sausage and ground turkey, set aside.
- In 9X13 dish spray with lite oil, then layer broken up bread which has been toasted, green pepper,mushroom, green onion,meat and eggs. Sprinkle on cheese.
- Bake 350 45 min. Enjoy
- Note: use low fat cheddar cheese to bring the cals and fat down. And lean ground turkey.
