| 800 | grams chicken |
| 3 | cups sliced carrots |
| 3 | cups celery |
| 14 | cups Chicken Broth |
| 4 | cups uncooked egg noodles |
- Heat all ingredients excet noodles to boling in 4 qt Dutch Oven; reduce heat. Cover and Simmer until chicken is done, about 45 minutes. Skim fat.
- Cook noodles. Remove chicken from broth; cool slightly. Remove dhicken from bones and skin. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Add chicken and noodles to broth; heat until hot about 5 minutes.
