Ingredients
800 grams chicken
3 cups sliced carrots
3 cups celery
14 cups Chicken Broth
4 cups uncooked egg noodles
Directions
  1. Heat all ingredients excet noodles to boling in 4 qt Dutch Oven; reduce heat. Cover and Simmer until chicken is done, about 45 minutes. Skim fat.

  2. Cook noodles. Remove chicken from broth; cool slightly. Remove dhicken from bones and skin. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Add chicken and noodles to broth; heat until hot about 5 minutes.
