| 1 1/4 | lb lean ground beef |
| 14 1/2 | oz canned tomatoes |
| 8 | oz tomato paste |
| 1 | medium onion |
| 3 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | tbl chili powder |
| 1 | tsp cumin |
- sautee onion and garlic
- add ground beef when onions begining to become clear
- when grouind beef is done add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings.
- allow to thicken
- top with cheese or sour cream as you prefer
