Raw Cracker
| 1 | cup flax seed |
| 1 | cup flax seed, ground |
| 1 | tomatoe |
| 1 | bell pepper, sweet |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1 | tsp ginger, chopped |
| 1 | cup basil, fresh |
- Soak flax seed in 2 cups water for 2-3 hours.
- Place tomato, pepper, garlic, ginger and basil in the food processor. Process until well blended. Add the ground flax seed and process well.
- Mix in bowl the soaked flax seed (with water) and the flax/veggie mixture.
- Place on dehydrator sheets spreading to desired thickness.
- Dehydrate one hour at 135. Reduce heat to 115 for 6 hours. Flip onto mesh sheet, dehydrate for 8-10 more hours.
