Cajun flavor sauce with vegetables and chicken.
| 6 | cups tomato, diced |
| 8 | ounces pasta |
| 16 | ounce boneless chicken breasts |
| 2 | cups alfredo sauce |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | green pepper |
| 4 | celery stalks |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
- Saute vegetables except for diced tomato in 1 tbsp of olive oil, about 7 minutes.
- Add tomato and cajun spice to taste and simmer for 20 minutes over med-low heat.
- Dice chicken breasts and saute in 1 tbsp olive oil, about 10 minutes.
- Add chicken and alfredo sauce to vegetable mix.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
