Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe

Cajun flavor sauce with vegetables and chicken.

Ingredients
6 cups tomato, diced
8 ounces pasta
16 ounce boneless chicken breasts
2 cups alfredo sauce
1 onion
1 green pepper
4 celery stalks
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Saute vegetables except for diced tomato in 1 tbsp of olive oil, about 7 minutes.

  2. Add tomato and cajun spice to taste and simmer for 20 minutes over med-low heat.

  3. Dice chicken breasts and saute in 1 tbsp olive oil, about 10 minutes.

  4. Add chicken and alfredo sauce to vegetable mix.

  5. Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
