Microwaveable Apple Crumble Recipe

Extremely yummy, not too sweet

Ingredients
500 g cooking apples
75 g soft brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
100 g plain flour
50 g margarine
50 g oats
Directions
  1. Peel, core and slice the apples

  2. Place the apples ina dish, sprinkle with 50g of the sugar and the cinnamon, and microwave on full power for 4 mins

  3. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs

  4. Stir in the remaining sugar and oats

  5. Spread the mixture over the apple slices

  6. Microwave on full power for 4 mins.
