| 500 | g cooking apples |
| 75 | g soft brown sugar |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| 100 | g plain flour |
| 50 | g margarine |
| 50 | g oats |
- Peel, core and slice the apples
- Place the apples ina dish, sprinkle with 50g of the sugar and the cinnamon, and microwave on full power for 4 mins
- Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs
- Stir in the remaining sugar and oats
- Spread the mixture over the apple slices
- Microwave on full power for 4 mins.
