Ingredients
| 1 |
square chocolate, unsweetened |
| 2 |
tbs. peanut butter, chunky |
| 1 |
c. Splenda |
| 1 |
tsp. vanilla extract |
| 1 |
c. walnuts or nuts of your choice |
| 1 |
tbsp heavy cream |
Directions
- Place walnuts onto a 9" square dish.
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter in a
- microsafe bowl (i.e., 2-cup measure Pyrex)
- Remove from heat and add Splenda, vanilla and cream, if needed to thin the chocolate.
- Place chocolate over nuts and toss. Cool in fridge for about 15 minutes.
