Abs Diet recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c egg whites
1 c oats
1/2 c applesauce
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt (pinch)
1/4 c splenda
1 c blueberries
Directions
  1. Mix all, fold in blueberries.

  2. Bake at 350* for 20-25 mins.
