Miso Soup Recipe

Tasty

Ingredients
4 cups water
4 tbsp miso
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup zucchini, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1 tsp ginger, fresh grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Mix all together in pan and bring to a boil. Cover and cook until all the vegetables are tender
