Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Good Soup!

Ingredients
8 cups pumpkin
3 apples
4 cups vegetable broth
1 large onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Saute veggies in oil.

  2. Add vegetable broth.

  3. Turn up heat until boiling, then cover and reduce until pumpkin (fresh) is tender.
