| 100 | cloves of garlic |
| 2 | sticks of butter |
| 4 | tbsp extra-virgin olive oil |
- Roast ten garlic heads until tender, approx. 45-60 minutes. Remove from husks into a medium bowl. Heat butter until clear on stovetop. Mash garlic, add warm butter and olive oil.
- Keep refrigerated.
