from Campbell's website, took out tomatoes and added turkey sausage to it
| 2 | tbsp margarine |
| 1 | lb turkey sausage |
| 1 | cup sliced mushrooms (about 3 ounces) |
| 1 | small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup) |
| 1/2 | tsp dried basil leaves, crushed |
| 1/2 | tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed |
| 1/4 | tsp garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup |
| 4 | cups cooked cut green beans |
| 1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 3 | tbsp. dry bread crumbs |
- In medium skillet over medium heat, heat margarine. Add mushrooms, onion, basil, oregano, sausage and garlic powder and cook until tender.
- In 3-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, mushroom mixture and beans.
- Mix cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 400°F. for 20 min. or until hot.
- TIP: Use 1 bag (16 to 20 ounces) frozen cut green beans, 2 packages (about 10 ounces each) frozen cut green beans, 2 cans (about 16 ounces each) cut green beans, drained or about 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans.
