Chicken W/ Potatoes & Carrots Recipe

Easy main dish.

Ingredients
1 lb chicken, light meat, meat only
14 oz chicken broth
8 red potatoes
4 carrots
1 T tarragon
1 salt
1 pepper
Directions
  1. Brown chicken in 1T of butter in skillet.

  2. Transfer chicken to baking pan, add broth, carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle chicken with tarragon, salt & pepper. Bake at 375 approx 1 hour or until done.
