| 1 | lb chicken, light meat, meat only |
| 14 | oz chicken broth |
| 8 | red potatoes |
| 4 | carrots |
| 1 | T tarragon |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
- Brown chicken in 1T of butter in skillet.
- Transfer chicken to baking pan, add broth, carrots and potatoes. Sprinkle chicken with tarragon, salt & pepper. Bake at 375 approx 1 hour or until done.
