A heart warming chicken noodle soup, simple yet delicious
| 12 | ounce chicken breast, chopped |
| 1 | cup carrot, chopped |
| 1 | cup celery, chopped |
| 1 | cup onion, chopped |
| 4 | cups chicken stock |
| 1 | tbsp parsley |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1 | tsp thyme |
| 1 | tsp basil |
| 1/2 | tbsp garlic, chopped |
| 8 | ounces Penne |
- Chop all chicken, carrots, celery and onions and place in stock to simmer with all herbs and spices
- Cook pasta as instructed on the box
- Add pasta to stock mixture and simmer for an aditional half an hour
- ENJOY!
