| 16 | oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles |
| 1 | large onion, chopped |
| 2 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 3 | oz uncooked noodles, cooked according to pkg directions |
| 1 | tsp oregano leaves |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | c Shredded Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring with a spoon to break up meat, until cooked through, 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in tomatoes, noodles, oregano, salt and pepper. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserol; spinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, until heated through and cheese is melted, 15 - 20 minutes.
