Beef & Noodles Au Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
16 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 oz uncooked noodles, cooked according to pkg directions
1 tsp oregano leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c Shredded Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Mild Cheddar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In saucepan, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat, stirring with a spoon to break up meat, until cooked through, 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. Stir in tomatoes, noodles, oregano, salt and pepper. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserol; spinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, until heated through and cheese is melted, 15 - 20 minutes.
