Simple bean salad -- filling -- high protein, low fat, good carbs. Be careful with the olive oil -- that drives the fat and total calories.

Ingredients

g garbanzo beans |

g pinto beans |

g kidney beans |
| 200 |
g green beans |
| 1/2 |
red onion |
| 2 |
tblsp olive oil |
| 1 |
cup apple cider vinegar |
| 1 |
tsp garlic powder |
| 1 |
tsp cinnamon |
Directions
- Mix the garbanzo (chick peas), pinto, and kidney beans Soak them overnight.
- Cut the green beans into bite size (1") pieces
- Dice the onion and add to the beans
- Add the olive oil
- Mix thoroughly
- Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and cinnamon
- Stir
- Refrigerate overnight
- Mix and serve
