Use frozen fruit, and 1 tsp. Shaklee Instant Protein Mix

Ingredients
2/3 cup skim milk
50 g soy protein
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1/4 tsp flax seed
3 oz yogurt
Directions
Using frozen fruit, and 1 tsp. Shaklee Instant Protein Mix, place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
