Southwestern Egg & Cheese Muffin Sandwich Recipe

Spicy low cal kick in the morning.

Ingredients
10 grams onion - raw
6 grams pepper, serrano - raw
61 grams egg
57 grams canadian bacon
56 grams english muffin, hearty grains - honey wheat
13 grams cheese, 2% milk fat
Directions
  1. Saute onion and pepper in a small pan with cooking spray.

  2. Scramble in egg right in the pan, forming into a round shape or square about the size of your muffin.

  3. Cook one side then flip.

  4. Place 4 slices of canadian bacon fanned out on top of cooked side.

  5. Flip so that meat gets heated.

  6. Place slice of cheese on top till melted.

  7. Place in between toasted whole wheat muffin.
