| 500 | grams penne |
| 4 | cups chopped plum tomatoes,blended |
| 2 | medium onions, choppede |
| 12 | mushrooms, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoon garlic paste |
| 1 | teaspoon parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon chopped red chili |
| 4 | tablespoon oil |
| 1 | salt and pepper to taste |
- Cook pasta as per instructions. Drain and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil and fry onions till transparent.
- Add garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Next add mushrooms and fry tiil dark brown.
- Last add tomatoes,sugar,chili,parsley and 1 glass of water.Bring to boil,and simmer till thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with penne
