A great snack and breakfast idea!
| 1/2 | cup brown sugar |
| 1/4 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 | cup flour |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp nutmeg |
| 3 | medium apple |
| 1/2 | cup rolled oats, quick cooking |
Preheat oven to 350. Mix sugar, oil, applesauce and eggs in a bowl. Add all dry (except second oats portion and mix well. Add chopped apples and mix. Turn to greased baking pan and sprinkle with remaining oats. Bake 25 minutes, cool and cut into 16 squares.Categories
