This is the ingreadiants for white bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour
3/4 cup skim milk
3 tsp dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp shortening
1 tbsp sugar
Directions
  1. Warm skim milk to 115 degrees

  2. mix in sugar and yeast, let stand till frothy.

  3. Mix in olive oil, then add flour small amount as mixing , kneed till smooth. place in greased pan in slightly warmed oven ( turn od low for 3 mins or so and then turn off) let rise for 1 hour. Also place pie pan with 1/2 inch of water in it for humidity.

  4. When dbled in size bake foe 30 min or till golden brown , remove and let rest befor slicing.
