Ingredients

grams tuna |
| 4 |
eggs |
| 3 |
tblsp light mayonnaise |
| 4 |
tblsp olive oil |
| 2 |
stalks celery |
Directions
- Hard boil eggs and chop whites.
- Mash hard boiled yolks and mix in olive oil and mayonnaise.
- Chop celery fine.
- Mix tuna with all other ingredients and sprinkle to taste with Chachere's Cajun seasoning.
- Chill before serving.
