Makes 1 serving

easy breakfast

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp wheat bran
1 dash of cinnamon
1 dash of splenda
Directions
  1. Mix well all ingredients.

  2. Heat a non stick pan on medium and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden.
